FAQ's

How many RSVPs and messages can I receive?

Free – You can receive a total of upto 90 RSVP and message responses per month.

Paid Option: If you are likely to have more than 90 RSVP and comment responses per month, we have an option to allow unlimited RSVPs and responses.

How many photos can be shown on my portal?

Free – We host upto 400 Photographs, into upto 4 albums, on your website. We resize the images and use copy protection to try to avoid anyone copying your images. Your photos can be labeled to make it easier for you and your guests to choose images for printing.

Paid Option: If you need your website portal for longer than 6 months, let us know and we can extend this period for as long as you would like. 

What options are there to host my videos?

Free – if you have a link to your video,  such as from youtube, we can host it on your portal, free of charge

Paid: You give us the footage and we host it for you.

Can you create and/or host my Invitations, RSVPs and Thank you's?

Free – you provide us with a digital copy of your invitation. We will then host it on your fiesta portal, and collect RSVPs conveniently in a Google spreadsheet for you. 

Paid Option: We will also design your invitation, and send customisable thank you emails to your guests after the event. 

Even if we don’t design your invitation,  we can still send the thank you emails.

How long is my website visible for?

Free – In order to have your space on the Web, you need someone to host your website. We will host your website for six months, including software updates and patches.  This will usually be for a period of 3 months before the event, to get everyone excited by advertising your save the date, and managing RSVPs. The website is then up and running for another 3 months after your event to share your photos and videos,  as well as for people to send messages and gifts to you, through the portal.

Paid Option: If you need your website portal for longer than 6 months, let us know and we can extend this period for as long as you would like. 

Why is their advertising on my portal? Can I remove it?

Free – in order for you to get a stunning event portal for free,  we place adverts on your website. We know nobody like seeing adverts, but we need to pay our costs to save you money.

Paid Option: We will remove the adverts from your website portal.

I have foreign friends and family, can my website be multilingual?

Free – your portal will be available in English only

Paid Option: We will translate all or part of your website and have it available for your non-English speaking guests.

Can you cull down my photos?

Free – we load all the photographs (up to 400) that you share with us onto your portal.

Paid Option: Send us all the photos taken by your photographer, and we will cull them into a manageable size, saving you the hassle.

What will my domain internet address be?

Free – You need a domain, an internet address or URL, in order to have your portal visible to your guests. We will provide you with an address, such as janeandjohnswedding.fiestabuddy.com

Paid Option: If you want a custom domain, e.g. janeandjohnswedding.com, we can arrange that for you if it is available.

What else is available?

Free – The standard free functionality mentioned above is available to you. This is more than enough to give you a fiesta website to be proud of.
